ERSA^TM , a proprietary technology of Keyon Process, is dedicated to regenerating spent sulfuric acid from industrial applications such as alkylation process, in which this sort of spent acid has been increasingly generated and difficult to dispose of.

ERSA^TM is used to regenerate spent acid to clean and concentrated 98wt% sulfuric acid, which is of great significance to green and recycled chemical production, as it not only sloves the problem of treating spent aicd, but also provides chemical plant with clean acid for production. As of now, Keyon Porcess has finished design of multiple spent acid regeneration units.

In addition, ERSA^TM can also treat waste water from PDS/HPF desulfurization and waste sulfur that contains water.
